Man extradited to face theft drug charges in act of ‘pathetic stupidity,’ police say” by Brian Mearls, Washington Post, January 21, 2017:

Law enforcement officials said that authorities found what may have been the drugs inside a stolen Jeep Liberty on Saturday night in North H포항출장안마ollywood.

Police Chief Charlie Beck and Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Capt. Mike Smith said the vehicle was stolen from a vacant lot in Santa Monica and was found on a street. Authorities haven’t released a description of the suspect or the vehicle.

Beck, who is in the midst of reviewing surveillance footage on the incident, said no arrests had been made.

Police said 광주출장샵they did not find any other stolen vehicles, although Beck said his department is investigating the possibility that someone could be taking the stolen Jeep from a garage or driveway as well as in a garage where it might still be in use.

A few days earlier, authorities raided several drug sites in the area during what they described as a sting, arresting four drug trafficking suspects.

Beck, a former FBI officer who was previously hired by President Trump to work as special counsel to investigate Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election, also joined the investigation into Russian interference during the presidential campaign.

Beck recently resigned from the Los Angeles-based FBI after three years in the job.

The arrest in North Hollywood drew a rebuke from North Hollywood Mayor Tom Tait, who told NBC 8: 골목“Police have no authority and no responsibility to use their power, even when it is needed to solve an important crime, on a busy street in North Hollywood.”
